Directions

Boil the Jaringo Ko Saag for 10 minutes.

Drain the Jaringo Ko Saag.

Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and grind them.

Heat a pan with sunflower oil.

When the oil is hot, roast the fenugreek seeds until they become fragrant and a dark golden color.

Add the garlic cloves and the turmeric powder and cook until golden brown.

In a bowl, mix the Jaringo Ko Saag, the sesame powder, the fenugreek seeds, the garlic cloves, the salt, the black pepper and the lemon juice.
