Lapsi

Lapsi, also known as the Nepali Hog Plum, is a fruit-bearing tree native to Nepal. The sour, yellow-green fruits of the lapsi tree are used in various culinry preparations like pickles, chutneys, jams and candies. The pulp is difficult to separate from the seeds while raw, but it separates easily when cooked.
