Mango Kulfi is a rich, dense Indian subcontinent frozen dessert made from a blend of mango pulp and a creamy base of milk and/or condensed milk, often flavored with cardamom and pistachios. It differs from traditional ice cream by not being whipped, resulting in a solid, slow-melting texture.

Directions

Cut and peel the mangoes.

Put it in a blender.

Add the whipped cream, the condensed milk, the saffron and the cardamom powder to the blender.

Blend until you obtain a smooth texture.

Transfer the mixture into the kulfi molds, cover them with aluminum foil and insert an ice cream stick.

Leave them in the freezer for at least half a day.
