Directions

Mix the all-purpose flour, the sugar, the margarine and the eggs together to form a paste.

Place the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Flour the work surface.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of approximately 5 mm.

Cut the dough into the desired shape and size: round (for example, 8 cm in diameter), square (for example, 5 cm x 5 cm), or rectangular (for example, 8 cm x 3 cm). Each cookie will consist of two parts: the top and the bottom. The jam will be spread between the two. If you are making round cookies, you can cut a small circle in the center so the jam is visible. Use a ruler, a glass, or a cookie cutter.

Place the dough on a baking sheet.

Cook them for 20 minutes.

Once ready, let them cool.

Once cooled, spread the jam on the biscuit underneath.

Cover with the top biscuit.

Ready! Enjoy your cookies with a hot or cold drink.
