Sweet Lassi

Directions

Chop the mixture of walnuts, almonds and cashews.

Add the fresh natural yogurt (curd), the sugar and the green cardamom powder to a bowl and optionally the rose water.

Using an immersion blender or a whisk, beat the curd until smooth. There should be no lumps.

Add water and beat again until the lassi becomes smooth.

Pour the lassi into glasses and garnish with the chopped mixed nuts.
