Fruit Lassi

Lassi is a cool, creamy yogurt-based drink enjoyed across Nepal, especially during hot summer days. Originating from South Asia, Nepali lassi has its own local flavor—refreshing, slightly tangy, and sometimes sweetened or spiced depending on the region. Made by blending curd (dahi) with water or milk, sugar, and often a touch of cardamom or rosewater, sweet lassi is the most common. In some areas, salty lassi is also enjoyed, seasoned with black salt, cumin, and mint.
