Directions

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Chop the onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.

Heat a pan with mustard oil and fry the fenugreek seeds.

When the fenugreeks turn brown, add the onions.

When the onions turn golden, add the chicken, tomatoes, turmeric and bay leaves and mix well.

After a few minutes, add ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, meat masala , garam masala and salt and mix well.

After 2 minutes, add the water and simmer until the water is reduced to 1/2.

Once ready, garnish the curry with some coriander leaves.

Serve in a bowl with rice or chapatis . Enjoy!
