Directions

Chop the onions, the tomatoes, the coriander leaves and the capsicum.

Finely chop the green chilies and the garlic cloves.

Prepare the chili sauce in a bowl by adding the soya sauce, the red chili sauce, the red chili powder, the ketchup, the black pepper, the sugar, the vinegar and the water. Mix well.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into long pieces like fries.

Boil the potatoes in water for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan.

As soon as the oil is hot, add the garlic cloves.

Once the garlic is golden, add the onions, the tomatoes, the capsicum, and the green chilies. Mix well.

After 2 minutes, add the potatoes and fry  them.

When the potatoes are golden brown, add the chili sauce and mix well. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Pour everything onto a plate. Garnish with coriander leaves.
