Directions

Peel the potatoes and the carrots.

Cook the potatoes and the fresh green peas in hot water. Do not overcook them. Let the potatoes cool.

Cut the cucumbers, the potatoes and the carrots into cubes.

Put them in a bowl.

Chop the onions, the tomatoes, the coriander leaves and the small green chilies.

In the bowl containing the potatoes, the cucumbers and the carrots, add the  onions, the tomatoes, the fresh green peas, the small green chilies, the lemon juice, the red chili powder, the turmeric powder, the salt, the timur powder, the garlic paste, and the ginger paste. Mix well.

Heat the mustard oil in a small frying pan.

When hot, lower it and roast the fenugreek seeds, the sesame seeds and the mustard seeds until fragrant and a dark golden color.

Pour the hot oil with all the seeds over the potatoes mixture in the bowl.

Mix everything together. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ready! Enjoy! You can also serve your salad with fish or meat. Have a hot or cold drink or a local alcohol.
