Directions

Peel the carrots, the cucumber and the potatoes.

Cut the carrots and the cucumber into small cubes.

Finely chop the onions, the small green chilies, the tomatoes and the coriander leaves.

Boil the potatoes, the carrots and the peas for 10 minutes.

Drain them and let them cool.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients: mustard oil, puffed rice, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, peas, onions, small green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ready. Enjoy your salad as a starter, or with fish or meat.
