Directions

Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Cook the mushrooms in water for about 5 minutes.

Chop the onions, the green chilies, the coriander leaves and the tomatoes.

In a bowl, marinate the mushrooms with the salt, the red chili powder, the cumin powder, the timur powder (Sichuan pepper) and the lime juice.

Mix well. Let stand for about 30 minutes.

When the mushrooms are well marinated, heat the mustard oil in a pan.

Pour the mushrooms onto a plate. Add the onions, the tomatoes, the green chilies and the coriander leaves. Mix.
