Directions

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Chop the onions, the small green chilies, the coriander leaves and the tomatoes.

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with the garlic paste, the ginger paste, the salt, the red chili powder, the cumin powder, the Timur powder (or Sichuan pepper) and the lime juice.

Mix well. Leave this for about 30 minutes.

When the chicken is well marinated, heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces over medium heat. Fry until the chicken is cooked through and have a light brown color.

Pour the chicken into a plate. Add the onions, the tomatoes, the small green chilies and the coriander leaves. Mix.

Ready. Enjoy the salad with a hot or cold drink or a local alcohol.
