Directions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

If you have fresh cardamom pods, grind them into powder.

Soften the butter until it has the consistency of cream.

In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, the salt, the baking powder, and the cardamom powder.

In another bowl, mix the butter and the sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Add the milk and mix again.

Add the contents of the bowl containing the all-purpose flour to the bowl containing the butter and mix well.

Line the molds with butter paper and pour in the batter.

Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes for small cakes and 40 minutes for large cakes, until the top is golden brown and the center is firm.
