Directions

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Lightly beat the egg white.

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with all the ingredients in the “to marinate the chicken” section, except the sunflower oil: the egg white, the cornstarch, the all-purpose flour, the ginger paste, the garlic paste, the salt, the red chili sauce, the red chili powder, the black pepper and the soy sauce . If the mixture is dry, add egg white or a little water.

Mix well. Let stand for about 30 minutes.

Finely chop the small green chilies and the garlic cloves.

Prepare the chili sauce in a bowl by adding the soya sauce, the red chili sauce, the red chili powder, the ketchup, the black pepper, the sugar, the vinegar, and the water. Mix well.

Drain the chicken on paper towels.

In another pan, heat the sunflower oil.

As soon as the oil is hot, add the garlic cloves.

Once the garlic is golden, add the onions, the tomatoes, the capsicums, and the small green chilies. Mix well.

After 2 minutes, add the chili sauce and the fried chicken, then mix well. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
