Dried Buff Meat Sadheko (Salad)

Directions

Heat water. When the water is hot, turn off the heat.

Soak the buff in it for 30 minutes to make it more tender. Cover it with a lid.

Remove the buff from the water. Drain it.

Cut the buff into small pieces.

Chop the onions, the small green chilies, the coriander leaves and the tomatoes.

In a bowl, marinate the buff with the garlic paste, the ginger paste, the salt, the red chili powder, the cumin powder, the timur powder (Sichuan pepper) and the lime juice.

Mix well. Leave this for about 30 minutes.

When the buff is well marinated, heat oil in a pan and warm it over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Pour the buff into a plate. Add the onions, the tomatoes, the small green chilies and the coriander leaves. Mix.
