Directions

Peel the cucumber.

Grate the cucumber into a medium bowl.

Chop the onions very finely.

Add it to the bowl.

Add the curd, the salt, the black pepper, the red chili powder and the cumin powder.

Add the sugar if the curd is acidic.

Mix everything together well.

Ready! Enjoy your raita with fish, meat or dal chawal. Have a hot or cold drink or a local alcohol.
