Directions

Chop the almonds (or cashew nuts).

Roast the sattu flour in a pan over medium heat until it turns golden.

Heat the ghee in a pan.

Once the ghee has melted, add the almonds (or the cashew nuts) and roast them.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well using a ladle.

Allow the mixture to cool to handle it. Roll it firmly into a smooth ladoo (shaped like a small ball, the size of a golf ball).

Store in an airtight container.
