Directions

Chop the almonds and the cashews.

In a saucepan, melt the butter (or ghee).

Once the butter (or ghee) has melted, add the cardamom powder. Stir over low heat for 1 minute.

Add the semolina and heat it for a few minutes over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until it turns a brown color.

Add the sugar and the water (or milk, or a mixture of both). Mix well and heat until it reaches the desired consistency.

Pour the semolina pudding into a bowl and garnish with almonds, cashews and dry raisins.

Ready. Serve hot. Enjoy your semolina pudding with a hot or cold drink.
