Directions

Wash and slice the mushrooms.

Cook the mushrooms in water for about 5 minutes.

Chop the onions, the green chilies, the coriander leaves and the tomatoes.

Finely chop the garlic cloves and the ginger.

In a bowl, marinate the mushrooms with the alt, the red chili powder, the cumin powder, the timur powder (Sichuan pepper) and the lemon juice.

Mix well. Let stand for about 30 minutes.

When the mushrooms are well marinated, heat the mustard oil in a pan.

Once the oil is hot, add the garlic cloves and the ginger.

When the garlic browns, add the mushrooms. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix well.

Pour the mushrooms onto a plate. Add the onions, the tomatoes, the green chilies and the coriander leaves. Mix well.
