Directions

Mash the bananas.

Cut the strawberries.

Put the almonds and/or the cashews and/or the walnuts in a blender and grind them into a powder.

Add to the blender the water (or the almond milk or the soy milk), the honey, the shredded coconut, the cinnamon powder, the cardamom powder, the vanilla powder, the bananas and blend everything until you get a smooth, milk-like consistency.

Pour the contents into a bowl.

Add the chia seeds, the hemp seeds and the dry raisins. Mix well.

Leave to soak for at least 30 minutes or in the refrigerator overnight.

Garnish with strawberries.

Ready. Enjoy your breakfast with a hot or cold drink.
