Directions

Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Heat the ghee (or sunflower oil) over medium heat in a saucepan.

Roast the carom seeds for 1 to 2 minutes until they release their aroma.

Add the garlic, the turmeric powder, the cumin powder and the salt. Mix well.

Add the water and the rice flour. Whisk constantly to avoid lumps forming.

Let the soup simmer until it thickens slightly.

Pour the soup into a bowl. Serve it hot.For a mildly spicy soup, add the red chili powder. Mix well.

Ready! Enjoy your meal! You can serve your soup with breads.
