Directions

Chop the onions.

Finely chop the garlic.

Heat the sunflower oil and the butter (or ghee) in a soup pot.

Add the garlic and the onions and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Stir several times.

Add the all-purpose flour for 2 minutes. Stir .

Add the chicken stock, the water, the vinegar, the salt, and the black pepper. Stir.

Simmer for 25 minutes.
