Directions

Melt the butter (or ghee).

In a bowl, mix the sattu flour, jaggery powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and melted butter (or ghee).

Add the milk and mix everything together until you get a smooth paste.

Melt the butter (or ghee) or sunflower oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Take a large spoon and pour the batter into the mold.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over low to medium heat. Cover the pan.

Flip the pancake over. Cook it on the other side for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Place the cooked pancakes on a plate.

Ready! Enjoy your pancakes with strawberries, bananas and/or honey. And with a hot or cold drink.
