Directions

Melt the butter (or ghee).

In a bowl, mix the sattu flour, the jaggery powder, the baking powder, the baking soda, the salt and the melted butter (or ghee).

Add the milk and mix everything together until you get a smooth paste.

Melt the butter (or ghee) or sunflower oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Take a large spoon and pour the batter into the pan.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over low to medium heat. Cover the pan.

Flip the pancake over. Cook it on the other side for 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Place the cooked pancakes on a plate.

Ready! Enjoy your pancakes with strawberries, bananas and/or honey. And with a hot or cold drink.
