Directions

In a saucepan, add the sattu flour, the brown sugar and the water. Mix without making lumps .

Simmer over medium heat until thickened. This usually takes 3 to 4 minutes. While cooking, remember to stir between each cooking session to avoid lumps.

When you see bubbles on top, add the milk and mix.

Let it simmer for a minute or two.

Pour the sattu drink into a mug and enjoy.
