Directions

Wash and peel the oranges and remove the pulp from the fruit.

Peel the garlic.

Grind the small green chilies and garlic with the salt in a mortar.

Mix it with orange, black salt and sugar (optional).

Heat the mustard oil and cook the fenugreek seeds.

Once ready, pour it over the marinated orange. Mix well.

Ready. Enjoy the salad with a hot or cold drink or a local alcohol.
