Directions

Cut the mutton/goat into small pieces.

Chop the onions and the tomatoes.

Chop the coriander leaves.

Chop the garlic cloves and the ginger very finely.

Heat the mustard oil in a pot.

When hot, add the fenugreek seeds and cook until they turn brown.

Add the garlic and ginger. Stir for a few minutes. Then add the onion and sauté until lightly browned.

Add the mutton/goat, then the turmeric powder. Stir everything together. Cook until the meat is 50% cooked.

Add the tomatoes and a little water. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add all the water and cook for about 20 minutes over medium-low heat.

If the meat is cooked well, the soup is ready.

Serve in bowls and add the coriander leaves. Serve with breads. Have a hot or cold drink or a local alcohol. Enjoy!
