Directions

Wash and finely chop the cabbage and mix it with salt and turmeric powder.

Chop the onions and the tomatoes.

Peel the carrots and grate it.

Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl.

Dry roast the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and dried red chilies. Then grind them into a powder. Mix them all with the vegetables.

Heat the mustard oil in a pan and add the fenugreek seeds to the hot oil and once they crackle, add them to the salad and mix quickly.

Add the lemon juice, the salt and the chopped coriander leaves.

Let stand for 15 minutes or more for all the flavors to blend.

Ready! Enjoy! You can also serve your salad with fish or meat. Have a hot or cold drink or a local alcohol.
