Directions

To marinate the buff, mix in a bowl the lemon juice, the vinegar, the plain yogurt (optional) and all the spices (garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and black pepper).

Cut the buff into cubes.

Add the buff cubes to the bowl and mix well.

Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

Prepare the grill (or preheat the oven at 190 degrees).

Slice the capsicum and the onions (optional).

Thread the meat onto skewers. You can add a slice of onion and pepper between each cube if you like.

Grill the buff or bake it until cooked through.

Ready! Enjoy ! You can enjoy your buff with puffed rice, salad, pickles, cucumber, radishes, tomatoes, etc.
