Directions

Chop the onions, the tomatoes, the coriander leaves and the green onion stalks.

Boil the liver until it is thoroughly cooked.

Cut the liver into small pieces.

Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and cook the liver until it turns brown.

Place the liver on a plate.

In the same pan, fry the onions until they are soft and translucent.

Add the tomatoes, the turmeric powder and the salt. Simmer over low heat for 3 minutes. Mix well.

Add the ginger paste and the garlic paste. Continue cooking over low heat for 2 minutes. Mix well.

Add the red chili powder, the cumin powder and the liver. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Cover the pan.

Add the coriander leaves and the green onion stalks. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Ready! Serve with chiura (beaten rice), rice, lentils, pickles (achar), salads, vegetables, . Have a hot or cold drink or a local alcohol. Enjoy!
