Directions

Consult the recipe for roti.

Consult the recipe for the sauce (chutney) you are going to use.

Cut the buff into small pieces.

In a bowl, marinate the buff with the garlic paste, the ginger paste, the salt, the red chili powder, the cumin powder, the Timur powder (Sichuan pepper) and the lemon juice.

Mix well. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Once the buff is well marinated, heat the oil in a pan and fry the buff pieces over medium heat. Cook until the buff is cooked through.

Boil the corn for 5 minutes if you are using fresh corns.

Peel the carrots and grate them.

Peel the cucumbers.

Finely chop the onions, the tomatoes, the cucumber and the cabbage.

Put all the vegetables in a salad bowl with the sauce (chutney). Mix well.

Place the lettuce on the roti.

Arrange the buff and vegetables on top of the lettuce.

Roll up the roti and fold in the edges.

Ready! Serve it with a salad. Have a hot or cold drink or a local alcohol. Enjoy!
