Consult the recipe for roti.

Consult the recipe for the sauce (chutney) you are going to use.

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

In a bowl, marinate the chicken with the garlic paste, the ginger paste, the salt, the red chili powder, the cumin powder, the Timur powder (Sichuan pepper) and the lemon juice.

Mix well. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Once the chicken is well marinated, heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces over medium heat. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned.

Peel the carrots and grate them.

Peel the cucumbers.

Put all the vegetables in a salad bowl with the sauce (chutney). Mix well.

Place the lettuce on the roti.

Arrange the chicken and vegetables on top of the lettuce.

Roll up the roti and fold in the edges.

Ready! Enjoy it with a salad and a cold drink.
