Directions

Clean the fish with water.

In a bowl, mix all of the following ingredients: eggs, cornflour, turmeric powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, meat masala, red chili powder and lemon juice.

Leave the fish to marinate in the mixture for about 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the fish until they are crispy and turn a golden brown color.
