Directions

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Chop the coriander leaves.

In a bowl, mix all of the following ingredients: eggs, cornflour, turmeric powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, meat masala, red chili powder and lemon juice.

Leave the chicken to marinate in the mixture for at least 3 hours.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the chicken until it is crispy and turns a golden brown color.

Place the chicken on a plate with coriander leaves.
