Preparation

First, cook the noodles in salted water. They should be slightly firm, as they will cook further later with the vegetables and spices. Then drain them.

Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Peel and grate the carrot.

Remove the seeds from the inside of the pepper and chop them.

Boil the broccoli head, pepper and carrots in water for 5 minutes.

Chop the cabbage and onion.

Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Heat a pan with mustard oil and add the onions and garlic. Stir.

When the onions are translucent, add the chicken and cook them. Stir several times.

Once cooked, remove the buff from the pan and set aside.

Add all the vegetables: capsicum, carrot, green chilies, broccoli and cabbage.

After 2 minutes, add the soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and mix well.

Add the cooked noodles and chicken. Stir and cook over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
