Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cook them for 10 minutes in boiling water (optional).

Chop the coriander and the onions.

Grate the cheese if the recipe contains potatoes, otherwise cut it into cubes.

In a bowl, mix the chickpea flour, the rice flour, the garlic paste, the ginger paste, the salt, the cumin powder, the red chili powder, the egg white and the coriander leaves.

Add the water one tablespoon at a time and mix until you get a thick paste.

Add the onions and pre-cooked potatoes if the recipe contains potatoes.

Add the baking soda and cheese. Mix well.

Take a spoon and form balls with the mixture if the recipe contains potatoes.

Pour the sunflower oil into a pan and heat it.

When the oil is moderately hot, use a spoon to drop all of the cheese mixture into it.

Let them fry until they are golden brown and crispy. You can turn them over.

Remove them from the oil and place them on absorbent paper.

Ready! Enjoy! Serve with chutney and salad of your choice.
