Preparation

Chop the onions, the tomatoes and the coriander leaves.

Cut the buff into small pieces.

Cook the buffalo in water.

Heat a pan with mustard oil and fry the fenugreek seeds in it.

When the fenugreek seeds turn brown, add the onions.

When the onions turn golden, add the tomatoes, the turmeric powder and the bay leaves and mix well.

After a few minutes, add the buffalo, the ginger paste, the garlic paste, the cumin powder, the red chili powder, the meat masala, the garam masala and the salt and mix well.

After 2 minutes, add the water and let it simmer until the volume of water is reduced by half.

When the curry is ready, sprinkle it with a few coriander leaves.

Serve in a bowl with rice or chapati. Enjoy!
